Before you apply, INC wants to see proven competency in the local church.
This is the foundation everything else rests on — character, calling, and the kind of leadership that has already borne fruit.
What you bring
- A deepening relationship with God demonstrated through proven character, as represented in 1 Timothy 3.
- Holistic personal health — physically, emotionally, relationally, financially.
- A track record of influencing the unchurched towards a relationship with Christ and integration into a local church.
- Competency in ministry skills such as preaching, shepherding, and the use of the gifts of the Spirit.
- Effective leadership demonstrated by leading and reproducing strong teams that reach substantial goals.
- Alignment with the values, vision, and mission of INC.
- Recognised Bible and theology studies.

You and your pastor are confident you have the character and competency to take the next step.
