How it works

Once you’re in the pathway, you’ll connect with your dedicated coach — someone who has planted before, who knows the road ahead, and who will walk it with you. Your coach sets up your Readiness Check and invites the people best placed to give honest feedback — you, your spouse, your pastor, your board, fellow leaders, and those you serve alongside.

Each one receives a private invitation by email with their own secure link. No logins, no accounts. They respond in their own time, in their own words.

When responses are in, the tool brings everything together into a clear picture — your view of yourself alongside the view of those around you. Individual answers stay confidential; only patterns surface.

Then you and your coach sit with it. Not to pass or fail you — to plan. The Readiness Check becomes the foundation of your personal growth plan and your launch strategy.
